Sore throat? Try Hibiscus tea!
Hibiscus Tea is one of my favourite tea’s. Not because of its taste but because of its healing properties. You should definitely keep a stash of hibiscus tea at home for when you’re having a sore throat.

What is Hibiscus Tea?
Hibiscus tea is a tea made from dried hibiscus flowers. The tea has a beautiful red colour and has a slightly sour taste. I prefer adding some agave syrup to make the tea a little sweeter.

How to make Hibiscus Tea?
Just boil some water and pour it over the hibiscus flowers. I would add one teaspoon of hibiscus tea to 200ml water. Let the tea brew a couple minutes and your tea will be ready to drink.
