In this recipe, I’ll show you how to make this delicious vegan pan-fried Zucchini Pizza. This pan-fried pizza is easy to make and also doesn’t require an oven.
How to Make the Vegan Zucchini Pizza Crust?
For the zucchini crust, we’ll need to grate one zucchini and squeeze all the water out. You can use a clean towel or cheesecloth to squeeze all the water out of the zucchini.

Next, add the flax egg, flour, and pepper, and salt to taste. You can skip the flax egg if you do not have any flax seeds. Knead the ingredients until you can make a ball.

How to Make Homemade Tomato Sauce?
You can either buy a tomato sauce or make one at home. I always make my own tomato sauce because It’s easy, delicious, and I can control the ingredients. Just mix all the ingredients in a food processor and you’re done!

How to Make The Zucchini Pan Pizza?
When the sauce is ready you can bake the pizza crust in a little olive oil in a pan or on a baking sheet in the oven. Because the dough is quite soft you can’t roll it with a dough roller. Instead, you’ll have to spread and shape it with a spatula.
Bake the crust on one side until it’s crispy. And flip the crust to bake the other side.

While the other side of the crust is baking you can spread the tomato sauce on top, and add the vegan cheese and cherry tomatoes. Cover the pizza with the lid and bake for 15-20 minutes on medium heat or until the cheese has melted and the bottom of the crust is also crispy.
For the finishing touch add a couple of fresh basil leaves on top and your vegan pan-fried zucchini pizza is ready to enjoy!
