How to make a Green Spinach Protein Smoothie
The green spinach smoothie is really easy to make. All you have to do is slice the banana and put the ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a beautiful green colour and smooth texture.
If you don’t have any spirulina you can skip this ingredient. The colour of the smoothie will be a little different but the taste will be the same.
The protein flavour I use is white chocolate and coconut. But you can use any flavour that goes well with banana. Because the banana and protein powder have a strong flavour you actually won’t taste the spinach.
I’ve used oat milk but you can use any plant based milk you like.
If you want you can add some ice cubed and garnish the smoothie with some lemon. But when I’m in a hurry I just put the smoothie in a glass and drink it immediately. Or put it in a bottle and take it with me to drink later.
