How to make oatmeal?
Oatmeal is really simple to make. It only takes a few minutes and can be made on the stove or in the microwave. You can find detailed instructions in my Cinnamon Ginger Oatmeal recipe.
Chocolate Peanut butter Oatmeal Toppings.
You can use any peanut butter and chocolate for this oatmeal. I use a peanut butter with chunks. The peanut chunks give the oatmeal a nice bite. For the chocolate I’ve used a 85% dark vegan chocolate. I chose this chocolate because dark chocolate is a bit healthier and I can buy it at the local grocery store. But if you don’t like dark chocolate I would recommend treating yourself a little and just use any chocolate you do like.
To make the oatmeal complete I’ve also added some raspberries, blueberries and dates. If you use a sweet chocolate I would skip the dates. Unless you’d like your oatmeal to be super sweet.
