This is my favourite granola recipe. It’s easy, delicious and healthy. Enjoy as a cereal, with plant-based yogurts as a parfait, or as a topping.
How to make Almond Butter Granola?
This almond butter granola is really easy to make and also super delicious. Start by cutting the almonds. You can cut them in half or in 3 parts. You do not have to be very precise. Next mix the oats, almonds and nut butter in a bowl. Mix until the nut butter is divided evenly and the oats have a nice brown colour.
Now it’s time to put the granola mixture in the oven. Spread the granola on a baking tray with some parchment paper below. And bake the granola for 40-45 minutes on 150°C.
When the granola is baked it should be a little crunchy and brown. The granola will become more crunchy when it has cooled. While the granola is cooling you can add any dried fruits you like. I’ve decided to add some dates and cranberries. But you can also try out other dried fruits. Or perhaps some coconut flakes.
Store the granola in an air tight jar. I guarantee it will be finished in no time.
