This blueberry protein smoothie is one of my favourite snacks. It only takes a few minutes to make, is delicious and can be enjoyed anywhere! It’s also an easy way to consume some extra protein.
I usually enjoy this smoothie when I’m heading home from the gym. This way I won’t be super hungry and still feel like making a healthy meal when I arrive at home.

I usually make this smoothie with frozen blueberries. But you can also use other fruit such as bananas, strawberries or raspberries.

For the protein I use a vegan coconut/white chocolate flavoured protein powder. But you can also use an different flavour. As long as it goes well with blueberries.

Because the protein powder already has a sweet taste I prefer to make this smoothie with soy milk. But you can use any milk you like.
