Besides providing you with extra energy, a delicious healthy snack can keep you satiated in between meals and prevent you from grabbing something unhealthy instead.
These lemon coconut bliss balls are definitely a must have when it comes to snacks. They are easy to make, taste delicious and you can enjoy them anywhere you want. Bliss balls can also be stored in the fridge for a few days. So they are also prep friendly!
Sweet and Fresh
Bliss Balls come in many flavours with many different ingredients. The Cashew Nuts, Dates, Lemon and Coconut shaving give these Bliss Balls a very balanced flavour with a sweet and fresh bite. Be careful though, they are addictive!
80g Dates Put the dates, cashew nuts and lemon juice in a blender and mix the ingredients until you get a smooth paste. Take approximately a tablespoon of the paste and roll it with your hand into a ball shape. Repeat this process until you've used all the paste. Put some coconut shaving in a small bowl and roll the balls in the coconut shaving until the ball is completely covered. Repeat this process until you've covered all the bliss balls. Enjoy!
